We offer home delivery and pickup from over 80 Kravitz branches across the country. Standard home delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available in select areas.
What is your return policy for office supplies and electronics?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that software, opened ink cartridges, and customized products are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kravitz primary operations and shipping services are limited to addresses within Israel. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view the real-time status of your shipment.
